
My feed is rife with everyone sharing their list of 'ins' and 'outs' for the year. It's a brilliant, albeit short way to decide which of your good habits you intend to keep 'in' your life and which ones you want to throw 'out'. And when I saw this neatly written list from varying content creators I follow, I felt encouraged to potentially write my own. That was until I remembered that in fact I had been writing down my goals, habits, dos and dont's for the last few weeks already, and that an In's and Out's list wouldn't quite cut it for what I had in store for 2024. So if you're anything like me, and you want to create a goals and manifestation list for the year ahead that needs a little more detail, I thought I'd share my framework for how I'm planning out my good and bad habits, hopes and wishes, goals, things to do, and even who I want to be for the year ahead.
My favourite way to keep my mind focused on the year ahead is a vision board. A manifestation board or mood board if you will; a curation of images that reflect goals, hopes and dreams that you wish to manifest for your life. Ive gone into how to create a manifestation board here if you want to make one for yourself. And when it's ready, just add the mood board into the Notes page you're going to create for your goals and wishes below. AND set it as your phone's wallpaper background for extra focus points.
