With a PHD in fashion, a best-selling fashion book, “The New Fashion Rules,”, 13 years of beauty reviews under her belt and ambassadorships with Dyson Beauty, Clé de Peau Beauté and Armani Beauty, Victoria is the lady behind the multi award-winning fashion, travel and beauty blog, Inthefrow.
In late 2025, Victoria added ‘Founder’ to her resumé, launching byfrow – a luxury make-up and lifestyle essentials brand for life on the go. Sleek, travel-ready basics for an effortless, elevated routine. After a five year journey, the brand launched with a line of creamy, multi-tasking Pigment Pencils lip liners in seven wearable shades, plus two The Lip Companion lip balms, packed with hydrating ingredients and encased in 100% aluminium casings. Victoria’s knowledge of the beauty space and the most effective formulas from her thirteen years in the industry, led her to look for products she wished she owned in her own makeup bag. One unique product in particular was the inspiration, and it still remains in the works after five years of trial and error development. However the lip category is Victoria’s personal favourite, having sold tens of thousands of lip products throughout her career and being a self acclaimed liner addict, the byfrow Pigment Pencils were a clear winner for the brand’s debut launch. And there is so much more to come.
Going right back to the beginning, Victoria established Inthefrow in late 2012 during the completion of her Fashion PhD and career as a Fashion Marketing Lecturer at the University of Manchester. Within its first six months, Inthefrow won the Company Magazine Best Newcomer Blog Award, and the year later, the award for Best Established Blog. In 2016 and 2017, Victoria was also nominated for a Glamour Woman of the Year Award and won Best UK Fashion Blog in the Vuelio Blog Awards for six years consecutively including Vuelio Best UK Blog 2018. In 2025, her blog was still measured as one of the most influential blogging websites in the UK and listed as the top rated Fashion Blog in the UK. Inthefrow as a collective set of social channels, now has a follower reach of over 3 Million and her debut fashion book “The New Fashion Rules,” published by Harper Collins in 2018, became a #1 fashion best-seller, reaching as high as #8 in the Amazon Book charts.
Charity contributions and giving back to those in need is something that Victoria is immensely passionate about, and so over the last 12 years, Victoria has donated to a plethora of individual charities via personal Go Fund Me pages, as well as the British Heart Foundation, Unicef, WWF, AgeUK, Duty to Care, the Australian bush fires, Breast Cancer Care and donated a large sum to help the work of the British Red Cross during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as large donations to the Love Land Foundation; committed to showing up for the futures and mental health of Black women and girls in the USA. Since 2021, Victoria has also donated monthly to the World Lands Trust, to offset carbon emissions for her team and to support their work on the conservation of the planet.
Victoria’s engagement and wedding in August 2019 was shared online with millions of people, leading Victoria to grace the front cover of Condé Nasts Brides Magazine as well as luxury publication, Mine Magazine.
