Bleached hair? Dead ends? Dull finish? No problemo with this bad boy. Trust me, I have used a lot of masques, treatments, you name it and the Redken Magnetics range has been my saviour. Six months or so ago, I went through a bad time where my hair felt truly dead and weak. I needed a quick cure and came across the Magnetics range, especially in the blue shade. However, after masking specifically with the Blue Redken Megamask, I moved onto the Pink range, with less proteins and an incredible finish for the hair. It’s my one and only now.

Vita Liberata pHenomenal Tan Mousse
Without meaning to be *well* cheesy, this stuff really is Phenomenal. One of the best tans I have used without a doubt and it has been in my collection for a few years now. Used with a mitt, this stuff doesn’t streak, doesn’t come off in chunks after a few days and generally lasts for around 7 days; depending on how dry your skin is. The drier your skin, the more you need to moisturise to keep that tan looking tip top. But for me, in the Medium shade, the Vita Liberata pHenomenal tan is a great colour and finish, and although it does still have the faint biscuit smell, it’s something I can live with when it comes to my tanning routine. It’s only a small burden to bare when you know you’re going to wake up like a golden goddess.

L’Oreal Paris Nude Magique Cushion Foundation
There are a lot of foundation cushions on the market now and I must admit I’m a big fan of that easy foundation life. Carry a sponge with you and you’ve got a quick and fuss free makeup application wherever you are. But when it comes to faves, this takes the pedestal. The coverage is medium, the finish is dewy and the shades are pretty great for my skin tone. For lots of warmth on my tanned days, shade 7 is perfect. For very light skin days, shade 4 is my go to. You cannot go wrong with the L’Oreal Paris Nude Magique Cushion Foundation.

Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Foundation
Well Hello, you big favourite you. I’ve raved on and on repeatedly, and boringly, about my love for the Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow Foundation. I love dewy skin, so this ticked all of my boxes when it came into my collection. The coverage is light to medium, but buildable. And like the previous foundation, this will leave your skin glowy and dewy. A little shake up mixes the pigments with the oil content, which evaporate throughout the day to leave just the glowy pigment on the skin. It was a fave instantly, and still is over a year later!

Nars Soft Matte Creamy Concealer
The Nars Soft Matte Creamy Concealer is a must have. I take mine with me everywhere I go, alongside a little makeup sponge. I use it to top up my foundation throughout the day, but mainly as my under eye concealer, for which it has become my everyday essential. It doesn’t cake the undereye area, but the coverage packs a punch. It is medium coverage and covers like a dream, and I’m so pleased to say that it comes in a wide range of shades too. Canelle is my favourite or Vanilla if I’m not tanned at all.

Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blush in First Love
My favourite blush probably ever? That’s probably the easiest one to choose, as I fell hopelessly in love with the Charlotte Tilbury Blush in First Love when I bought it years back, during the time I first started blogging. The light beige mauve shade adds a subtle, yet buildable, warmth of beige pink to my cheeks that works so beautifully with my skin tone. I can’t say more than that. It is just the perfect shade for me and that’s what keeps me going back for more!

Highlighters. You need at least one in your collection, if you ask me. Whether you literally sweep the lightest amount onto your cheek bones, or pile it on with a number of layers to signal the Space Station, it can really enhance any makeup look. It’s just that pop of light back into your skin, and this product from Dior is one of the very best. Rather than sitting on top of the skin like a powdery cake, I feel like it almost sinks lightly into the skin, leaving a radiance rather than an obvious swipe of product. It can be built up to be a little more intense if you like, but just a few swipes of this leaves your skin enhanced, glowing and truly radiant.

I cannot live without Lip Balms. Lip products have been my favourite category since I was 12 and wearing layers of pink lip gloss to High School. But for balms, I’m addicted. Seriously. Carmex is often my go-to, but it’s Burts Bees that’s taking the number one spot right now. The peppermint content in the balm leave your lips feeling cool and fresh and therefore a little more plumped, and I find this is the best texture to apply liners and lipsticks over the top too. I just can’t get enough, and having it in a tiny handy pot is also super cute. Stick or pot, it’s still my fave.

bareMinerals Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Swag
Liquid lipsticks though. They seriously won’t go away, and I’m so so pleased that’s the case. Whilst I did go through about 6 months of only wearing matte liquid lipsticks, I must admit I now dabble in a lot of different finishes. Namely satins. Yet when I do go back to the matte look, the bareMinerals Gen Nude is my one and only. Smooch and Swag, seen here, are my favourite shades with their mauve tones; but it’s the buttercream scent and the velvety consistency that has me going back time after time. That and the fact that it doesn’t dry out my lips and it almost sinks into the lips rather than just sitting on top of them like icing.

Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
Every makeup look should be finished with a spritz of setting spray. Just to set down the makeup, remove any loose powders accidentally unblended into the skin and also to increase the longevity of your makeup throughout the day. All of those reasons, and, I’m pretty fond on that really refreshing mist right at the end of the routine. My favourite by a mile has to be the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray. The mist is light and well dispersed, unlike so many bottles I have tried that practically spit at you, ruining your makeup with water droplets. This product mists your face lightly and packs down your makeup to perfection.

Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate
There are many skincare favourites right now – namely the Dior Jelly Sleeping Mask for nighttime and the Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Creme for daytime. But I don’t go to sleep, or apply my makeup, without dabbing my face with oil first. In the daytime I adore the Kiehls Daily Reviving Concentrate whilst in the evenings, the Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate is a dream. I like to apply one pipette onto my fingertips, rub them together and then pat and push the product into my clean and cleansed skin before bed. Over the top of this, I like to apply the Dior Mask as I mentioned, but I honestly feel like this oil truly helps my skin go from dry to hydrated overnight. I just wake up with much plumper, radiant skin than the day before, and that has me going back for more.

Those are my faves, what are yours? Like I said, there are so many to add to this pile, but I was trying to be short and concise. I also forgot to mention the Rimmel Kate Lipstick in 40 in here too, which you might see sat amongst all of the products on my window ledge. That is my perfect nude lipstick shade and a must for my handbag every day.
