Playsuits over shorts any day….
Just a quick post, as I really wanted to get this outfit onto the blog after featuring in a recent lookbook video. This jacket especially was a favourite piece and really helped to lighten up the whole outfit and bring some colour to an otherwise moody ensemble. The black heels from Alexander McQueen offer the famous mule shape that so many in the fashion world have been swooning over in recent months, whilst presenting an open toe shape and strappy detailing. Fairly comfortable, especially if you have narrow feet. And I paired everything with my Fendi 3jours, because why wouldn’t I, and my Ray Ban Aviators, which are just ridiculously cool. The playsuit itself wasn’t quite what I expected though, and in honesty, I would probably go for another black playsuit from a different brand. Whilst the shape was lovely, the material didn’t feel all that wonderful, and the draping around the neckline was often fussy and messy. So whilst I love the accessories of this outfit, I wasn’t as fond on the playsuit after looking at the pictures more and more.
