How to be Parisian, with Lancome, neutrals and baby pinks for spring…
What can we see?
Lancome My French Palette
Lancome Lip Lover Glosses
Lancome Vernis in Love Rose Nail Polish
Lancome Kohl Hypnose Eyeliners
In honesty, you may find it difficult to find the French Palette anywhere now, mainly due to how beautiful it is and everyones desire to be Parisian recently. I know I hold my hands up to that one too. But the whole collection is made for the lady that loves shiny, beautiful products. Everything in sparkly silver packages with bright colours to the casing, I was immediately drawn to just how picture perfect it was.
I will also tell you, that in these photographs I haven’t taken a picture of the secret compartment in the palette, tucked away under the Lancome branding. Inside there is another three bright aqua shades, and only now after finding the links to the products for you, have I spotted the compartment in a photo. Mind blown, and my love for this palette has only grown stronger. Yet, keep your eyes open for it, as you might be able to pick it up in Boots, Debenhams or Harvey Nichols still!
The Lip Lovers are also dressing table favourites. In a coral, fuchsia and baby pink, (I’m wearing fuchsia above), these glosses are only mildly sticky and contain great pigmentation, to enable them to be worn alone. They’re high shine and easy to apply and there isn’t much more I can say about a gloss to praise it. The same goes for the Rose Nail Polish, which for me at the moment, is my favourite type of nail shade. Very subtle in colour but enough to make your nails look bright, clean and manicured. Parisian chic, some might say.
And finally the two limited edition kohl liners. I’ve been reaching for the grey quite often, as a alternative to black, and the turquoise green will be wonderful paired with orange and purples on the lids, as a bright liner. They’re smooth and easy to apply with great colour pay off and a handy tiny size to carry around in your purse.
I think this might be my favourite collection from Lancome in recent years. The packaging and Parisian style just makes me swoon over it every time I take them out to use. Anything to make me feel more Parisian I think.
Have you managed to pick up anything from the collection? Also caught the Parisian bug?
