Textures, patterns and lots of skin…
The first show of the day began with Felder Felder; a womens brand created in 2006 by two tall, beautiful and blonde twins with an eye for luxurious yet wearable and modern women’s clothing. I was lucky enough to be wearing a Felder dress to the show, in a patterned green aquatic print for spring and it was exciting to see the same shape appear again on the catwalk for A/W15. You can see it, third photo down in this post. There were long maxis bearing cleavage and thigh high splits, with mini skater and bandeau dresses in soft and floaty patterned fabrics. The red and petrol green furry coats were just stunning.
The makeup was put together by Zoeva; a brand I have a big love for, as their brushes are out of this world. The theme was ‘Rock Glam’ with rose gold flashes, bold lined eyes with a black cut crease and a deep burgundy lip stain in ‘Cross my heart.’ The hair was left blown, ruffled and tousled with Schwarzkopf’s styling products with fringes making a very obvious appearance. Perhaps I might take the plunge into the fringe club soon – I definitely need a change soon.
Alongside Felder, I attended a few other shows with Fyodor Golan and Shrimps, but am yet to write up a little blurb of the events. Still, I was rather disappointed that due to my hectic schedule, I had to miss J. JS Lee, Eudon Choi, Soropol and Sass and Bide (below), but there is hopefully always next season. I just wish I could get from place to place much faster and more efficiently. Again, something I can work on!
