My new favourite. And remember, you still have a few days to win the Lorac Pro Palette!!
But until then, I thought it was about time that my new pride and joy got a write up. After being wowed by the Lorac Pro Palette, I was desperate to try out the second version, especially after some of you commented and said you preferred the second palette. So whilst I was in America recently, I headed over to Ulta, and treated myself. This palette is not so neutral and golden toned as the first, with Lorac Pro having a range of tones to suit every type of golden smokey eye you could probably think of. The Lorac 2 contains a greater mixture of shades, with that strong navy blue, jade green and silver definitely standing out from the pack. The shades are cooler, lighter and suitable for a range of eye looks, especially for those that just like a light sweet of cream of champagne to the lid. I guess between these, it all depends how smokey and golden you like your eyeshadow. For me, having both was a must, and I use these two interchangeably day to day, and in honesty, these are generally all that I use now. The pigmentation and blendability is just second to none.
Whilst these are easier to find in the US, Nordstrom does UK delivery, so you can still get your hands on them if youd like to. Otherwise, be sure to enter my giveaway that ends of Christmas Day, to win a Lorac Pro Palette! Just go along to this post to enter.
