The Illamasqua Multi-Facet Palette
The travel palette of dreams, housing everything you need for an easy yet flawless make-up look, has just hit the market and its sure to be a winner.. Illamasqua Facets Palette in Aura
I recently spoke with Illamasqua about what I would create if I was given the chance to make my own Illamasqua product. I must say, my dreams have become a reality, as I mentioned a palette that was perfect for travel and included all of your powder products all in one, so you can take just one set of products away with you. When I came across this new palette, I was so pleased to see my perfect palette had been designed, not by me of course, but I must be on the same wave length as the Illamasqua designers, I’d like to think.
This really is a product made for those that like to travel light though, as it features 8 products with a double ended angle and blending brush. The Gleam highlighter in Aurora pops the cheek bones with highlight, the cream pigment in Hollow can be used to sculpt the cheekbones, whilst the powder blush in tremble provides a flush of peachy pink to the apples. The Illamasqua must have Eyebrow Cake in Thunder can be used for the brows whilst four powder eyeshadows offer the potential for a variety of different looks. Here I went for the typical. White inside corner, peach over the lid, the plum toned burnt red to the crease and outer corner, and the black as an eyeliner. So the images of me above, all products have been used from this palette, and I was so happy with the finish.
Apparently this palette is limited edition, so I would get it fast in honesty, especially as it would make an amazing Christmas gift! It is £45, but for the number of products you get within the palette, it is sure to be a best seller. There are also two different palettes to choose from with a slight variation in shades.
What do you think guys?
