After living in a city for so long, sometimes I forget just how beautiful England can be. Back in my home town, there is this little area named Parbold Hill, just off the side of the road, that looks over the surrounding hills, fields and villages and on a sunny day you can even see Blackpool tower. But it is so lovely to just go up there and sit down for a while and take it all in. Plus, there is always an icecream van there that sells the most amazing sherbet covered icecreams.
