You always need a fitted, flattering dress for a more special occasion, or ever for those times when you just want to look a little more glam. This dress is midway between workwear worthy and classy evening occasion, so I thought it would be a pretty nice piece for maybe a wedding guest outfit or more formal occasion. The jewelled collar adds a little sparkle to this otherwise navy fitted dress and the lace just gives it a little bit of texture.
This beautiful bracelet is from Debenhams for a lovely Campaign they are running – Random Acts of Kindness. The campaign is a chain, starting with myself, whereby bloggers nominate other bloggers to receive a beautiful bracelet from the Debenhams range, chosen for them by the nominating blogger. I am starting off the chain and I am sending a bracelet to two of my closest blogger friends. Steph from Eat-Travel-Love is a bestie and I love her travel blog for a dose of wanderlust. My work friend and fellow beauty and fashion blogger, Rosy from Rostinted will also receive a bracelet that I have chosen for her. When they receive their bracelets, they can then choose two other bloggers to receive a bracelet, and so on, continuing the random act of kindness. Such a lovely daisy chain idea and I was so thrilled to start off such a great campaign. The bracelet I chose for myself was this one from the Jon Richard Simply Silver range, as I adore anything in bright silver and the popcorn texture of the strap looked so lovely.
And yes, of course I matched my watch to my hair. Who wouldn’t?!
