Say hello to one of the best brands to happen to hair since ghd. Oribe, pronounced Or Bey, seemed to just catapult onto the scene about 6 months ago, in the blogging world anyway, and since then I have been lusting after their entire range. Thickening sprays, volume sprays, you name it – they have it, but it was the beach wave spray that really drew me in. I love having a surf, beachy texture to my hair, just to thicken it and give it some grit, so after reading some reviews, I went for this one. The scent is really lovely actually and you can almost smell the quality just from that alone, sounds strange, but I always find the products that smell nicer, seem to be much better for your hair. Anyway, I spray this into my hair from an arms length away, tousling and scrunching my hair upwards as I go. It gives the hair that dry, gritty texture, without being crispy and too much, and will just leave you with so much more body. Perfect for hair styles like this one, where you’re wearing a beanie, and for shorter hair it would be even more amazing! But yes, big thumbs up from me on this if its is the sort of texture you’re after. I would say that after a day or so, your hair does tend to look a lot dryer because of this, but if you use it one time each time you wash it, then you’re good to go.
