ghd Protection and Fixing

ghd Heat Protect Spray*
ghd Final Fix Hairspray*

A lot of people ask me about the products that I use on my hair, as it appears to be in really good condition for bleached locks. This is true, somehow bleaching my hair for the past 13 years hasn’t quite caught up with me yet (touch wood), although I feel I owe this to the plethora of amazing hair products I use. I have a number of brands that I swear by: Paul Mitchell, John Frieda, Tigi and also ghd to name a few. Two of my faves are these two – the Heat Protect Spray and Final Fix Hairspray, both products that I reach for weekly. When I’m curling my hair and even before drying, I spritz the heat protect spray through my ends and lightly over the lengths of my hair. It just gives your hair that extra little help to maintain its condition. ghd also incorporate the heat protectant into a number of their other products, such as the curl spray which is actually amazing, meaning that you gain protection even from other hair treatments and sprays. When your hair is exactly the way you want it, spraying it with some of the final fix, will give it some volume, body and fix it into the style you want. It isn’t the heaviest or most fixing spray I’ve ever used, look to Paul Mitchell’s pump hairsprays for that, but it is still perfect for keeping your hair in position without weighing it down or making it crispy. In this size, it is also the perfect handbag companion. I dont think you can go wrong with ghd, and especially when theyre at a slightly cheaper price from retailers such as The Salon Look.

What are your favourite hair products? Hopefully you might give me some new products to buy!
