Seeing as I fell in love with this around 2 months ago, it is ridiculous how long it has taken me to review it. I guess some other posts took priority, but yet this is one of those products that everyone should probably know about. Long had I dismissed BB Creams as nothing more than a tinted balm with moisturiser, primer and lots of other properties and overall, a bit of a fad. Yet, when this handy little tube fell into my intrigued hands one day, my opinions were well and truly altered.
Applied with a Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, as always, I sweep my ordinary half 5p piece size amount all over the skin. The shade is a golden brown, which blends perfectly, sinking in so beautifully but leaving your skin with the most beautiful glow. If you’re after dewy skin and a low coverage, look no further than this. On the days I don’t want to apply foundation, I will blend this into my face, top up with a bit of concealer (of course), and away I go. The skin is left looking hydrated, glowing, even in tone and healthy. I thought that I loved the Nars Tinted Moisturiser, but this has definitely knocked it off the ‘Not quite a foundation’ pedestal. This will be my product of choice for my holiday in America in June for sure. Light, good coverage, hydrating, glowing and SPF30! A gem of a product I just happened to stumble upon.
