This is pretty much just the cutest piece of makeup I have ever seen. Estee Lauder always bring out beautiful collections, but this might actually beat them all. This is the star sign compact, one of twelve alternative compacts depending on your star sign. As I am a Cancer, my little compact came with the Cancer Crab embossed into the top of the gold casing holding a small diamond – or the much cheaper alternative. It opens to reveal a tiny little translucent powder compact with the cutest gold fabric sponge. All wrapped beautifully in a little velvet bag and gift box, this is actually the nicest makeup gift you could give or receive. If you’ve got a friend or family members birthday coming up, then this might be something super special to give them. They are sort of limited though, so get your mitts on them soon. I found them still at Harrods, so that is linked above. I wish I had got this posted before Christmas, as it would have been a perfect Christmas gift, but alas, too many posts and my brain forgot. I do apologise. But still, this is the perfect little compact to carry in your purse for every day touch ups. Tiny and adorable and looks like it is made entirely of gold.
