Most days there is an eyeshadow shade that every lady will reach for, as they know it is easy and will suit them perfectly. Whether this is for an off duty or dolled up look. This shade from Illamasqua is that eyeshadow shade for me. Potted so beautifully inside the little Illamasqua casing, I can leave this within arms reach when doing my makeup, and with a quick sweep over the eyelids with a Mac 217, I can perfectly apply a simple, neutral eye with a bit of sparkle. Running it over the eyelid and into the inner corner, this colour opens the eyes and really adds just that little bit of shimmer for the day. It is flattering, not too bright and glittery, and is beautifully pigmented so applies like a dream.
There are so many colours in this powder eyeshadow collection and I for one have my eye on about 6 more I would love. But for now, this is a shade that I will use constantly and I can’t recommend the eyeshadows more.
