You may have seen that I recently came back from a 3 month trip around America, sleeping in tents, relaxing in cabins and chilling in hotels. Although I have already mentioned what makeup I took away for a short break to Berlin, I thought it would be beneficial to make a note of what products I took away for a three months trip. Obviously, the fact that I took them along meant that I felt I couldnt be without them for that length of time. It also meant I trust the products to do exactly what I wanted, and they all had to stand up to the test of blazing hot weather as well as freezing cold nights in the mountains. I had to pack wisely.
You may be surprised to hear that this is all I took. I actually brought more makeup with me to a two night overstay in London for the Company Blog Awards and probably the two nights in Berlin, yet this trip was totally different. It was supposed to be a break from the norm, a time to relax and not worry about being dolled up every day. I needed more minimal makeup, that could also double up as super gorgeous when we hit Vegas. So this is what I took along, all packed inside a large Cath Kidston Make up Bag (similar or similar) with my brushes elsewhere in another little bag. The Real Techniques Powder, Stippling, Blush, Setting, Buffing Brush and Mac 217 Brush.
