(Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover – £17*)
After trying the Clarins Gentle Eye Make Up Remover a few weeks ago, I was excited to try another favourite that may pack a little more punch. Whilst the Gentle Remover was great for sensitive eyes and did not sting the eyes at all, it was just a little too weak to wipe away my hefty Benefit mascara that easily. However, the Instant Eye Make-Up Remover is entirely different. Again quite sensitive and I find it doesn’t sting my eyes like some, yet it wipes away heavy mascara and makeup without fault. It is more oil based than the last and the liquid and oil separate in the bottle to give a two colour effect, which I really like. But with just a shake, the two blend together and you get the properties of both a liquid and oil make up remover. With that, just a few splashes onto a cotton pad and you can wipe away make up without needing to scrub. I totally understand the hype now.
