This is a product that I have lusted over for the last year. It has always been on my phones ‘to buy’ list in my notes pages, (I hope that isn’t just me that has one of those). But finally, I have got my hands on this Clarins fave, and I now see why it is so coveted. Not only is the packaging pretty and elegant for your make up purse, but the product inside does exactly what it says on the tin. Removing the silver cap, the applicator is a perfectly shaped sponge tip, that when you squeeze the tube, produces the pale pink glossy balm inside. Super easy for applying on the go. It is not overly sticky, in fact barely at all which is a huge bonus, and the colour is perfect for applying over most lipsticks and shades. Petal Shimmer, is a very light and sheer pink/nude that applies like a subtle gloss and can be used alone or with other lip products. If used alone, it gives the lips a beautiful sheen whilst softening and plumping. It is one of those products that you can use as a go-to and trust whenever you apply it. Definitely a product I will keep in my purse forever more.
