I recently found this buried inside a Harvey Nichols goodie bag I received with my flatmate for spending a considerable amount in HN. I have used Butter London before and loved it so I was excited to find another pot, this time in a beautiful shimmering gold. The first thing I really like about Butter London polishes are the bottles. There is something really elegant and sophisticated about the rectangular body and detachable lid that hides the brush wand inside. The brush is quite thin and allows for precision polishing, yet smaller brushes do take longer for you to paint your nails. You win some, you lose some I guess. But the actual colour of the polish is gorgeous, as you can see. The west end wonderland shade blends pieces of gold, silver and small amounts of red glitter, so that your nails shimmer in the sunlight. I absolutely love the mix and this is by far the nicest gold polish I own. The staying power of Butter is also great, and with a top coat of clear polish over this it should stay put for a number of days.
Have you tried Butter London? Can you recommend any shades to me?
