Models Own was recently buy one get one half price in boots, and as I was buying one, I figured I might as well buy the second. This is what I came out with. I dont have a baby blue in my collection and the fact that it smells like blueberry muffins definitely swung it for me. This reminds me of when I was aged 11 and obsessed with scented gel pens. I literally did all I could to buy every single scent and colour and it led to an unhealthy number of pens. So it was my nostalgia I think that led me to pick this up. And you can see, the shade is a beautiful baby blue with a hint of lilacy grey tones. The finish is a bright glossy iced blue that needs two coats to build it up fully. The scent of something blueberryesque comes through when the nails are dry although of course it is only something relatively similar to the scent of actually blueberry muffins. Yet, the idea is really sweet and it got me so the marketing ploy is obviously working. As some bloggers have mentioned, it does have a likeness to the colour of blu-tac which some may not like, but for a very pale nail that is a change from white or nude, this is a nice alternative. I think I will always love pastels even if they go out of fashion.
