Whilst it may not look like much, the contents of this tub are something special. I have never used a body balm before, although of course there are so many variation of body products that practically do the same thing – lotions, butters, moisturisers. They all aim to hydrate and moisturise the skin whilst leaving it feeling amazing and smooth. This body balm however is like nothing Ive tried before. In the tub it looks like a hard wax but by rubbing your hand over it, you are able to tease the product to loosen via body heat. The balm turns into an oily gel cream, for want of a better description, that you can then apply to your body to give a soft and hydrating finish. The scent of the Rose Otto range is amazing as Ive mentioned before and I really do love rose scented products, so this is a true winner for me. But there is something so lovely about how this product works with your skin. Almost going on like an oil, but then sinking into the skin like a cream. Straight away on application I was like wow, this is nice! I think this would be a gorgeous gift for someone, if not just a gift for yourself after showering. I am now a huge fan of Balance Me after trying and loving a few different products and I would definitely recommend trying something from the range. This may potentially become a product I apply ever day as I really am smitten with it.
