(Organic Surge Citrus Mint Shower Gel – £4.07*)
A great change from the normal bathroom scents is this shower gel from Organic Surge. I recently tried their lemon meringue scented lotion and loved it, so I am enjoying their penchant for all things bright and fruity. The smell of this is not too minty or lemony as I was afraid of, but a subtle blend of the two. I must admit it has an almost aloe scent, the kind that gets up my nose and makes it tingle uncomfortably, yet if my nose escapes this, I actually really like it. It lathers up really really well, better actually than a few shower products I have used recently, so a little goes a long way. It is bright and fresh, minty with a burst of citrus lemons and probably something that would give you a fantastic wake up call in the morning. I think if you’re suffering from a cold, the aloe type scents in this could really help to clear your head a bit too. Don’t quote me on this, but it was just a thought. I am really hoping that Organic Surge make something with strawberries because I think it could possibly be my new favourite thing.
