I’m always intrigued by little products like this that proclaim to do a job that is quite relevant for most people. The Dream Team from This Works claim to help you fall into a deep, stress-less sleep, either via a roll on for your wrists or a pillow spray. The idea is that they relax you and help you breathe more deeply. I dont have much trouble sleeping, but I thought that maybe something like this could relax me a little more and help me drift off faster. They smell like lavender which is a relaxing scent that I love anyway, so for that I really quite like these products. However, I must say that I do not think that they necessarily cause me to fall asleep faster or at all. I love the idea that they could, and the lavender scent is really lovely and relaxing, but in terms of changing my sleeping habits, they haven’t really. For this reason, I wouldn’t buy the larger bottles, but I really do enjoy using these. If you’re someone that loves lavender and would like a lovely relaxing scent in the room before you sleep, then you might like these. If you’re not a lavender girl, these really aren’t for you.
