( Mac Creme Cup Cremesheen Lipstick – £14 )
Creme Cup by Mac has been a favourite of mine now for a few years. As a girl who loves a nude, pink lip, this lipstick bridges the gap and delivers a light, semi sheer coating of dull pink. I say dull because this is not a bright or blue toned pink like you would find with Viva Glam Gaga, Snob or Saint Germain, but a more subtle, nude pink shade. I have mentioned before that it is similar to Secret Admirer from the Topshop Lips range, yet this one is slightly less pink. I wear it for any occasion where I would like a sheen of light pink colour on my lips with a bit of shine. The colour is also buildable, so although a light coating will appear more subtle and sheer, building up the colour will make it creamy and shiny. It is incredibly wearable and you dont really have to be a massive pink lipstick fan to prefer it as the tones really are quite subtle. It is a firm favourite with a few friends of mine also and will probably continue to be a favourite of mine for a long time. I picked it up one day when Mac decided to stop selling the pink Viva Glam Gaga and I wanted a shade that was similar yet not as obviously pink. I was pointed in the direction of Creme Cup and haven’t looked back.
