( Hourglass Lipstick in Whisper – £22* )
I love wearing lipstick as a daily part of my makeup, so I am always excited to try new lipstick brands as well as colours that are different to my norm. Whisper from Hourglass is what I would describe as a burnished bronze pink. A deep bronzed pink with a burned golden tone. Very different to my usual baby pinks and peaches, but I actually really like it. It is a much more mature shade and one that I think I will use for work quite often. It smooths onto the lips beautifully, lasts for around 4-5 hours and keeps your lips feeling hydrated. I was really impressed actually and will be looking at more of the Hourglass shades. They are on the more expensive side at £22, but I did notice the quality in the texture and longevity. A really lovely range to check out if you’re ever in Liberty of London or Space NK.
